Graduation
Fiftheen years came by
As quick as a blink of an eye,
Now it is time to depart,
And say good-bye to the familiar faces
And delete all of the unwanted traces
of middle school's past.
Excitement fills the air
As uncertainty lingers and let out a scare.
The most critical point in life
Stands right ahead, where the future prowl
We pretend not to care and walk around with a scowl
But in reality we're all terrified.
Leaving the nest for the first time,
As we all try to climb
The latter of success,
Crossing our fingers and hoping
That one day we'll end up on top, while scoping
Out new opportunities in life.
