Remember those days
During summer?
Before winter came
And sunlight fell into slumber?
They were so full
Of light, freedom and love
I can’t say how much I miss
The golden sun shining down from above
Overnight the Ice King came
And froze all we knew
Turning flowers frosty white
And oceans deep blue
But he can’t freeze
The summer from our hearts
So we patiently wait
For when Spring starts
