I follow a simple line,
flat black and very fine.
it has many turns and crooks
all of them sharp as hooks,
but something here isn't right!
this path should branch like a vine!
but it's just a single line!
STOP! STOP! Let me think!
why can't I decide--
the path I will ride?
was it a random choice I made,
at some earlier stage?
Everyone is forcing on me
the life I don't want to lead
why can't I just see
the paths that will not be...
just let me see!
WHY CAN'T I SEE!
