Dream Weaver

January 30, 2008
By Bobbi Kidd, Willamina, OR

Dreams are deeper than sleep
The depth of a dream is as long as the sky is W I D E
Dreaming is the painter
He who dreams is the art
It paints the picture
A colorful one as bright as the sun
A dream is like a shadow
Hiding but always there
Carelessly in your conscience
But comes out when the sunshine’s brightly
Gives comfort
An escape
Part of you
Then, now, future
A dream gives characteristics to characters
Defines parts of you
Deeper than what’s on the outside
Sometimes dreams fade
But when the sunshine’s- one appears
A dreamless life is a bland life
