The truth is things are about to change. Hear me out before you scare yourself. Now, believe me, things will get a little strange, but you will still have your health.

Your nerves will start to get to you much easier than before. Stress, of course, follows us all. Don't ever let it drag you to the floor. Remember, all that makes you smile will help to prevent this fall.

Food could beceome a friend, or perhaps a foe. Juggling your thoughts might be harder to do. Keep your head up; stick to what you know, and you can pull through.

Days will be long, but nights will be longer. you'll feel your sanity holding you by a string. But this experience can only make you stronger. If you can do this, you can do anything.
