Falling Feathers

February 3, 2008
By Moses Pan, South Pasadena, CA

What exists but a smile to spread the laughter
What exists but the perserverance to win a race
On that one summer day
We chase our dreams
If we can't find it tomorrow
we just build our hopes
our dreams
into that one thing we look for

We walk through all the pain
We walk through the place brought down by sorrow
Only a miracle will bring back the land of love

As we watch the carnations bloom steadily
We hope for the ones we love
We hope for the one that will help us through troubles...

As the droplets of rain fall on my head
i cry
and cry....
But as the rainclouds break
The light helps us to push forward
Fear nothing better, but.......serenity

Feathers fall onto the ground
Fearing nothing but the fire of pain
That one flower that grows at the end of spring.....
Will live within us
Will give us hope..
I offer all of me.....to you now
Open your eyes to the things unseen
Open....and you will see
