Three Nineteen
Blurred vision, forever running
The world spinning out of control
Pounding in my head like drumming
The constant noise takes its toll
As soon as my slumber begins
The nightmare starts, drags me under
Emotion leaves numbness sets in
Helpless, I want to surrender
Every night at three nineteen
Wanting to scream I find no air
I awake from this haunting dream
Needing comfort but no ones there
Reminding me that I’m alone
This started with your broken vow
That taught me nothings set in stone
What changed you, I will never know
