If I Could Hold The World in My Embrace

April 28, 2008

If I could hold the world in my embrace,
Judging wouldn't be allowed.
Grudges wouldn't be held.
Fake smiles could disappear
And truth would form in the corners of your lips.

If I could hold the world in my embrace,
You could live by each moment.
You could envelope yourself in serenity,
Hardships would be forgotten
And laughter would form in the corners of your soul.

If I could hold the world in my embrace,
Guns wouldn't be pointed at innocent faces.
Blood wouldn't shed and tears wouldn't fall.
Peace could be shared
And harmony would form in the corners of your heart.
