"A place to spend my quiet nights
It seems impossible, my minds full of quiet fights
I ask myself "why does this happen to me"
My biggest troubles seem to come in the dark, when I can not see
They say a humble man has peaceful thoughts
But when it comes to me, the struggle never stops
It causes nothing, but irritation
So I go to sleep and DREAM, it's my only salvation"

The author's comments:
I wrote this during a troublesome time in my life. I couldn't escape sad thoughts so I used poetry as my escape. This is my first one!
