Goodbye Mom

This is my mom
See? She is pale
She looks sad and weak
She is wearing a hospital gown that
looks boring and plain
Her hair is not fixed that well
Her eyes are low and tiring
She tries to talk but she can’t
Soon she won’t have to try
She will be happy and in a better place
A place were she doesn’t have to worry
A place were she will be safe all the time
That day had come
The day that my mom left me
The day filled with tears and sadness
The day that I had to say goodbye to my mom
“FOREVER”
