When I can rest
My hands can cool
Singed from the suns
My eyelids lapse
After staring into the abyss
I can breath easy
After surviving in a vacuum
My mind can idle
After toiling to create
After six of the longest days
Any being can imagine
Today is the day
The day I can rest.
