Being Born Into Life
From comforting womb to this big chaotic world.
A baby is hatched,
At Cooperstown nest,
Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles’ gape.
At small, little hands and feet,
Yellow fuzzy hair,
She starts to cry, chirping like a chick.
Light as a feather,
6 pounds 2ounces, has flown the coop.
