Some dream of finding devotion
Anyone with loving emotion
Having sweet whispers thrown their way
By their side forever to stay
Unlike others there is a fear
To remain true through each cold tear
For no happiness can console
The pain caused by doubt’s guilty toll
Despite this dumb apprehension
And pleas to cease the tension
Friendship still breaks this weary heart
Destined souls or fated to part
Relentlessly the question rings
Burning anguish slows what hope brings
Though the future is certain by Him
Knowledge of such appears a whim
Too small does wisdom grow to find
What lies upon this author’s mind
Until emergence、 a smile stands
Veiling this pain placed in His hands
