Relief
In smiling days and screaming nights
I see it to be true
The air of wisdom paid its toll
But simple missed its que
With accompanying guilt
And soon in time will cope
Looks of pity swarm your mind
Someone please throw a rope
And thoughtlessness is common here
With gentle hands that grasp
At dreams of forgotten days
Through bleeding out the past
When sight is gone
And hope is lost
And hands are raised in vain
You find me here
In quiet words
And take away the pain
