Little poppy, given to me,
Help me keep, Canada, safe and free.
I'll wear a little poppy, as red as red can be,
To show that i remember, those who faught for me.

Little poppy, given to me,
You grow in a field without a single tree.
You field is one of a kind - a death place,
But your little red poppy, shines like a gold lace.

Little poppy, given to me,
Help us realize that we are free.
What do we get when we remember?
Freedom - thats what we do in November.

Little poppy, given to me,
Help me keep, Canada, safe and free.
I'll wear a little poppy, as red as red can be,
To show that i remember, those who faught for me.
