My Aunt Renee

She was as bountiful as a butterfly caring and sweet as honey suckles.
And when she walked in the door she lit up the room all because of her bright smile.
She looked like the sun gazing through the window in the morning.
But one day God decided it was her time to go.
The date was December 28, 2007 11:45pm.
At the funeral I heard sniffling noses of Friends and relatives crying.
Including my dad and.
I saw her just lying there silent…… as bountiful as ever trying not to believe it.
I thought I saw her breathing but it was just my mind trying not to believe it.
And wishing she was not gone.
I was just wishing I could have her back.
I smelled the perfume as I touched her arm.
Just asking why God had to take her as early as a tear ran down my face.
It felt as if my heart had been ripped out rrrrrrrriiiiiippppp.
But one day we will meet again.
And my heart will dance around in my chest.
See yah until we meet again.
And we will play games, watch TV and dance just like my heart in my chest.
We will be so happy to see each other, so good by for now.
