Fear Grips Hold of Me

March 24, 2008
By Thomas Whitaker, Park City, UT

Fear grips hold of me
As I stare into the night
My mind filtering out images
I see my past life flash in front of me
I see something else
A hooded figure holding my life
He can end it quickly
He dosnt, he wants me to see
And feel all the wrong I've done
Its painful but I guess I deserve it
He grabs my shoulder
No warmth
He leads me to the Darkness
Where I'll be forever more
