The forgotten,
The betrayed,
The ruined.
The happy are still up there
Dancing with your heartbeat
Humming to the song of your smile
Bodies rock to the rhythm of our laughter
Unperturbed by the darkness of grief
In a trance
From side to weary side
Captivated by the love surging through your fingertips
Unwelcome by the unmotivated soul
Humming to the sound of the song in your smile
