Treat me good, I'll treat you better. Treat me bad, I'll treat you worst.

I once had a dream that I woke up

Glitter in my hair, and no sadness to obstruct me

We do this to ourselves you'd always say

No one's ever cried tears of true pain

All those sunsets with their beautiful color

I had never seen anything much duller

I turned to you, and said, 'I'm not coming home tonight'

Don't you worry

Feel free to turn off the lights

I'm still not sorry

My dad kicked me out of the house. This poem is about my depression and new-found freedom.
