I love my green-eyed monster.
She's always there for me.
Forever living in my heart
and asking for a fee.

I asked my green-eyed monster,
if she'll ever (maybe) leave.
She turns around and looks at me
and sighs in disbelief.

I sat down, on my knees,
to shake my hands and plead
She looks at me, quite amused
and bared her teeth in greed.

I begged my green-eyed monster,
if she'll ever leave my heart.
She looks at me and laughs aloud,
says never will she part.

I give up this begging;
She's still nagging in my head.
Will she ever (maybe) leave?
She only laughs instead.
