Although You Are Gone
Although you are gone,
I still do not understand.
Why did it have to be you,
Who left with god Hand in hand.
Although you are gone,
I drudge through each day.
I think of all the things,
I wish I had time to say.
Although you are gone,
I still remember your face.
The way you lived your life,
The epitome of grace.
Although you are gone,
I have learned to laugh as it once had been,
It is hard without you,
But I know that someday we will meet again.
