The rain falls down
As the somber angels cry
Heavy teardrops they shed
And lay down their heads to die.

And like the angels we have cried
For a midnight's gloom and sorrow
And like the angels we have tried
To mend our broken wings.

The broken dreams shall fly no more
And the nightmares must take way
To hanut and feed off angels' souls
And chase the night into day.

So devil's dance
Under a blistering sun
Mocking our gruesome mistakes.

Demons tear open
And shred the wings
On their firey rise from hell
As angels cry the devils sings

We beg for second chances
For the longing return of light
And the guardian angels
To embrace and end the fight.

And back come our angels
Once more good fights evil
So gone are the devils
And make way for angels once more.

Now that I read it again, I think it has more meaning than I thought it did when I wrote it. Alot more.
