You who knew beauty
More than anything else
You who was surrounded by it
You who is beautiful yourself
You told me I was beautiful
No one ever caused me pain
Not ever

You who knew pain
More than most
You who it sought out too
You who have felt pain so often
You caused me pain
No one ever said the loved me
