Porcelain.
It was in the Summer I loved you.
It was the days of sun so yellow and skies so blue.
It was those days you fell to the north with the bruises on your face.
It was those days I lost something I can't replace.
Powerless in my hand to save you.
I prayed to God, "rescue you."
I'm gone so far away all the time.
There nothing I could do.
But I love your heart like you love mine.
You were my scarred angel with tears streaming down your face.
We'd both lost something we could never replace.
You said you'd never let me drown.
You'd pick me up and place feet on solid ground.
When the pain struck me, and scarred my face.
I'd lost something I just can't replace.
And I promised no matter how much the tug and pull came about I'd never raise my voice to shout it out to you.
Irregardless of what you do.
Porcelain love I swear I'll be there for you.
