Red stands for the roses we have received from are true love
Red stands for the hugs and kisses that we are receive from your family
Red stands for the love we will have with our husbands and wives
Red stands for love

Blue stands for the tears we have shed for the ones close to our hearts who have passed
Blue stands for the sadness we feel
Blue stands for the way we will feel when we discover we are becoming old.
Blue stands for sadness and mourning

Pink stands for the cotton candy mustaches we have all had at baseball games
Pink stands for the pink poodles in Paris France
Pink stands for the Pepto-Bismol we have taken after we eat a McDonalds cheeseburger
Pink stands for funny memories we had, are experiencing. and will experience

Orange stands for the carrots we made a yucky face at
Orange stands for the flowers we see and smile at their beauty
Orange stands for the scary pumpkin faces we will carve on pumpkins on Halloween
Orange stands for the different faces that we make

Yellow stands for the sun which we have been burned by
Yellow stands for the bumblebees that stings people
Yellow stands for the lemons we will eat and not enjoy
Yellow stands for unpleasant situations

These colors stand for something in our lives
Whether it causes pain or happiness
These are the colors of our lives.

I hope people to feel a connection with the content of the poem because it has some real life situations in the poem.
