Untitled
I look around
And what do I see
I see children
Who've lost their minds
With parents
Who believe they're fine
generations of kids and teens
Whose brains have just gone numb
And they don't have enough sense
To realize they're acting dumb
People becoming sick with aids
Lying in hospitals sick for days
And the steps we take
To end this rain
Make sure others
Don't go through this pain
Are few
It's time for us
To end this curse
So this mindless epidemic
Won't get worse
It's time for us
to break the chain
It's time for us
To escape the cage
It's time for us
To use our brains
And realize we're going insane
And as I stand up here
Before all of you
I stand up here
Tall and true
And say
The time for a change
Is today.
