I wake up; she’s saying my name,
Crying, her tears illuminated in the moonlight,
I don’t ask, don’t even try,
Just reach over hold her tight,
She whispers,
I love u James,
I’ll never leave,
She cries,
I reach over and whisper,
I love u too,
I’ll never leave,
I’ll stay here and hold u tight,
Never want to go,
Never want to leave u,
You will never be alone for as long as I’m alive
I hold her tightly,
As she falls asleep,
In my arms,
Silently crying.
