As the Room Fills Up With People

As the room fills with people
shouts across the room, laughter fills the air.
If their are so many people here
Why do i feel so alone
Is it because im different
why do i feel so lost inside?
No one notices.
My smile will hide the pain
as i smile to you my pain grows.
Why do i feel so empty if their are so many people
Is it because i cry?, is it because im weak?
if people care?
why do i feel so alone inside
so broken and heartless.
Why do i feel this way when im happy.
I am happy. . . . . right?
