Walked Through Your Life
I looked past the dirty window, the panels of glass
Because when I cleaned the dust off, I saw your shattered past
So as the window broke, each piece reflected off the sun
But you can’t fix the broken when its already said and done
I put on your sun glasses, they really aren’t too clean
But now I can see everything your eyes have seen
I put on your shoes, there all worn out and torn
I just walked through your life, every single war.
If we could only see, what others have been through
If we really knew the story of every scar, cut and bruise
Maybe the world would stop, there isn’t a need to rush.
We all would be happier, if there wasn’t a chance to judge
