Paradise In the Sky
I was never able to say my last ‘good-bye.’
Now I can’t stop thinking about you no matter how hard I try.
Since you’ve been gone I feel like a part of me is gone too.
I wish I could’ve told you that forever, I’d love you.
I still don’t want to believe it and I have to remind myself every day.
No matter what I do I can’t get over you in any way.
I never thought it would come to this.
I never thought it’d be you that I’d miss.
I didn’t expect to lose you so fast.
I’ll never forget the times I spent with you in the past.
I’ll keep my promise to always love you with all of my heart.
And I just want you to know that without you here now my world is falling apart.
I know we will meet again, later on, when I die.
Just save me a spot beside you, in that paradise in the sky.
