I sit.
I stare.
I think.
I know.
I sit here in this empty room
With nothing on my mind, but the thought of you.
I stare at the picture of you and me
And remember that's what happiness should be.
I think about how we're nothing alike
And wonder how it would be if you had said, "No! Take a hike!"
I know we won't last very long
But no matter what, I'll always sing our song.
This is the story of me and you
And everyone that knows of it, knows it's true.
