Recalcitrant Island
I look at you and see the bluest sky
A world undiscovered by pirates and thieves
The destination in the reflection of your eyes
Of a lush forest with exotic leaves
Your cheeks always red despite the weather
That burn like fire in each
The smile bridging them together
Connecting the forest to a beach
The Sandy shore that are your cheeks sparkle relentlessly
Become covered by the crashing waves
Which flow down from your eyes in despondency
Revealing two identical caves
Between the forest and the beach
Lies a mountain overseeing what's incomplete
Your little pointy nose, slightly bleak,
The beauty of just your face makes me weep.
