It's Okay to Not Be Okay.
Its okay,
To not be okay sometimes.
We put up walls to keep us safe.
To keep the water from pouring through.
We make a dam,
But it fills up quickly.
We try to stay strong.
To prove to ourselves and others,
That it could be worse.
So much worse.
Eventually there is so much anger,
Frustration,
And sadness behind the walls,
That they get weak.
The water beats,
And beats,
And beats.
Then it floods.
The tears are free.
The pressure is released,
And you feel so much better.
