Tears
Today is a day of sadness
And the weather seems to know
Because we are both crying
Tears of sorrow
I see it's tears outside
Falling everywhere
I can feel my tears
Rolling down my cheeks
But I just don't care
This sadness that I'm feeling
Is overwhelming me
I'll lock my door
So I can be left alone
So that I can cry peacefully
Life isn't easy
That's what everyone says
So don't keep it locked up
Never try to hide
The way you truly feel inside
The rain has now stopped
And the sun is shunning bright
Now it dies not feel
Like I'm lost in the night
My tears are now gone
And a smile has appeared
Life can get better
Not worse like I had feared
Dark days may come
And make you feel sad
But when the good days come
They will make you glad
So what I'm trying to say is
Don't ever fret
Because the storm will pass
Never give up
Not now
Not ever
Not yet
