Ode to French Toast
French toast, French toast, I have lots of French toast!
Indeed, the taste is not something to boast,
But at least I am in possession of the most.
Mountains upon mountains piled high
Seeing so many gives me a natural high.
I found many all on one morning
While on my daily walk
But then I came upon an abandoned dock.
There, in the harbor, I spotted the delicious French toast.
I thought of what I could do with this food,
"Maybe I can give it to some homeless dudes..."
At that moment, i thought "Yes!"
That will be the thing that I do!
I would not be able to consume all of this alone.
But what if my glorious plan were to fall short,
And I am stuck with all of the toast?
Then what am I going to do,
With this enormous pile of food
that tastes just like bird poo?
