Holding a Soldiers Heart

While loving an American soldier,
As determination will be needed,
While I'm missing every little memory,
Before I lay down to sleep,
I pray for your safe return.
All I need is you here.
Now that you are away,
Whenever I begin to think,
That you will not come home to me,
As long as I do not stop praying at night,
That I will see you soon.
I know I will see you again.
