Butterfly Kisses
I was eleven,
And that was the first time I was kissed.
I was sitting on the swing
Swaying
Back in forth
As I watched
Jeremy and my best friend stomp off angrily away from me
I was alone,
Again
I began to sob,
Like a boy who has lost its mother
I had the September blues
All at once
Jeremy quickly ran angrily towards me
Showing a sign of a fist
His face was like a
Ripe ripe apple,
Then all at
Once in a swift motion
He grabbed me and touched
His lips to mine
His lips melted against mine
It was just like butterflies
Growing
Inside me,
My heart soared.
I remember this moment,
Whenever
We kiss
