Ode to My Dogs Bender, Leela, and Roxy
For always being there, as though they are a reliable friend
Barking, Barking as loud as a mama lion roars, to protect her cubs,
Barking for me, no one can in the family can be hurt when these 3 are around
Protecting me through the dark, mysterious nights or in the bright yellow sunshine
Making sure their pack isn't harmed by a single fly
Any time of day
Those pups always make my day brighter, rain or shine
Always right next to me,
Keeping my heart cozy on the inside and out, on the "big bed"
Ode to my dogs
For always making a grin on my face from one ear to the other, all day and all night
Always on the move, such adventurous little pups they are,
Leaving a little trail of their paw prints after sniffing in wet slippery, green grass outside,
My two beagles, Bender and Leela and of course, my akita sheppard puppy, Roxy
These 3 dogs are my whole world
I can't imagine how depressing my heart would be
Without
Any of them!
