Favorite Quote:
Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do but it won't get you anywhere.

my heart
has been pulled
and its falling apart

all the pieces
broken pieces of my heart

my heart
has crumbled
and fallen
there is no use in crawling
around to pick the pieces
off the ground

there they fell
there they’ll stay
never together, no sunny day

the darkness surrounds me
so thick it's hard to see
all of the pieces
being turned black
and then my heart is intact

with a darkness for cover
no one shall discover
all my secrets and lies
and times I’ve cried

my once pride
is now just tears
that have dried
unburdening my fears
is impossible

not even on a friend I’ve known for years
they wouldn’t understand
the pieces float away, never to land

my heart is broken
pieces scattered
here and there
making a large mess

my heart is shattered
beyond repair
and just as I thought
no one cares
