Now you tell me you love me again,
like we even know what it means to love.
I liked hearing it for awhile,
but maybe I'm finally coming to my senses
and seeing that there is so much more to life than you
and absolutely anything
and everything
pertaining to anything
having to do with you.
I'm over you for today,
even though probably not for tomorrow.
Tomorrow doesn't matter today
and today you don't matter to me.
