let the music speak for you
After months of not seeing you,
 I drove to your house.
You led me to the radio as you put on our usual CD.
 The lyrics kept saying
"I'll always consider you someone I love"
and I was trying to tune them out,
but inside I was laughing at
 the irony of it all.
Sometimes I think you put songs on for a reason
and someday when I know better,
 those reasons
 really won't matter to me.
