Love that’s Not Mine

Why is your love not meant only for me?
The love you give I don’t want to fight for.
Why is the love you give not for free?
Why is your child not the one that you adore?

I want your love but for it I won’t fight,
It should be given with out a reward.
I will not regret clearing you from sight,
The pain you have caused I can not afford.

Take your love is not what I want or need,
I don’t want love if it’s not with out cost.
Because of your cruelty my heart will bleed,
Because of you our relationship is lost.

Your love is not worth the price of my life,
My want of your love has caused too much strife.
