hope for existence

I wake
tired, sweaty and scared
fearing my dream to be real.
I saw a world of eternal darkness
where life no longer lives.
but deep in the black
shot up a spark
a babies face within the dark
a sparkle in his eyes of innocence
a small last hope for man
to exist
