The blood pumps through my veins as I spill my heart out

I inhale the smoke, before my lungs collapse from inside my chest

My violet eyes see past your charming smile, I can see into your dark tangled soul

My mind is twisted into knots, my thoughts are cut short

The words you speak, catch me off guard, I’m torn between

What is right and what is wrong

My soul grows weak over time

As my life begins to unravel stitch after stitch
