The dark is where I hide.
I know you're by my side,
Forever is never as long as you say so.
I see the glow in your eyes; the light
that leads my heart to happiness.
The dark gets better, as you whisper, "Forever."
Suddenly..I believe your words.
Your glowing eyes and your sweet touch
has crept it's way inside of me. Again,
you lead my heart to happiness.
No longer in the dark, but
you're still by my side- your
eyes are my light and your kindness has
become mine, you have given my heart happiness.
