The moment you arrived, I was jealous
Everything of mine soon became yours,
All the attention I was getting changed
Once you were welcomed to the world.

It was like you were trying to make me disappear.
You cry and everyone comes running to you
You’d laugh and everyone put their focus on you
You cry and whine when you want something from me,
But try again cause your teary eyed stare wont work on me.

I once was the little one everyone adored,
I was the one who got whatever they wanted,
I got away with everything using the cute little laugh,

But we grew up
And things changed,
Now you and I now seem to be treated almost the same
