A JOURNEY NOT SO EASY

This life is a journey,
That I have to undertake,
I know the road won’t be smooth,
But made bumpy by my own mistakes,
And though I’ll have to suffer
Ceaselessly at every turn,
And though I’ll have to fall
And get rashes and pricks and burns,
I vow never to stop
Or let my hopes decline
For the thing that will always keep me going
Is the belief that in the end everything will be fine.
