I cannot hear your hushed voice,
Or the ring of your graceful laughter
Or the sweet squeal when I tickle you
Because I am deaf
I cannot see your ocean eyes
Or your blushing crimson face
Or your innocent smile
Because I am blind
I forgot your cinnamon scent,
Or your fresh minty breeze chilling up my spine
Because I cannot smell
I cannot run my fingers down your stream of ravenous midnight locks
Or the joy of caressing your warm, flushed cheeks
Or the tingle of your smooth cherry blossom lips
Because I cannot feel
