Death behind the walls
watching the world fall
as soon as humans come
ending of the fun
and the world gazes
across the morning sun
as I watch the birds
chirping amongst themselves
Death behind the walls
watching as I fall
as soon as God walks in
I'm bursting at his flesh
and world he will call
death behind the walls
desperate to fall
leaving me there to walk
away from it all
hoping there is a tomorrow
and nothing will be gone
leaving all the thoughts
and me
