Broken down, thrown together
A world so plain and bland
You lift me up to push me down
But yet still I stand
An attempt to get rid of me
You throw me from sea to land
Bet yet I still come back
For here is where I’ll stand
I’ll never move, never shaken
For I am rock and you are sand
Try to break me all you want
Brave and high I shall stand
But I will always be a friend
And to you I give my hand
For when you’ve fallen I’ll lift you up
And by my side you’ll stand
